This facility was built next to the Edwards fire station centrally located in Eagle County. PA worked with District staff and board members to program and design a facility that met their immediate and future needs.
The building program included apparatus bays, a classroom training facility, sleeping rooms for on call staff, administrative offices, radio room and crew lounges.
The classroom and new duty quarters on the second floor were a more recent addition to the complex. Throughout the facility, colors of the emergency trucks were used as accents on defined building components. The contemporary architectural style sets the facility apart from its neighbors.
